    • Design Protection Panel, ACDB, and Marshaling Kiosk.
    • Design cable connection list and schematic drawing.
    • Design Installation & Test Procedure for HV Equipments.
    • Conduct Individual Test for 150kV GIS (Gas Insulation System) & AIS (Air Insulation System) Switchyard (CT, CVT, CCVT, CB, DS, SA, LT, etc.) and analyzing data (based on IEC standard) per Diameter/Bay.     • Collect and analyzing parameter of protection elements of the existing system and recalculate for change over to the new system arrangement (up-rating S/Y equipments & OHL from 1200A to 4000A).
    • Test & commissioning for Substation Control System and new telecommunication system (gateway, fiber optic and server) up to RCC (Region Control Center) and JCC (Jawa-Bali Control Center) SCADA System.
  • Duri Kosambi 150kV Substation:
    • Replacement of Bus Coupler, Bus Section, Busbar Conductor and Feeder Kebon Jeruk.
    • Conduct Individual Test (AIS) for HV Equipments (CT, CVT, CB, DS, etc.) and analyzing data (based on IEC standard) per Diameter/Bay. Test included: Contact Resistance Test for Installation, SF6 moisture test, CT ratio test (Current Injection Method for AIS & Voltage Injection Method for GIS), CT secondary burden test, CT characteristic test (kneepoint), CT polarity test up to prot. panel, CVT ratio test, CVT secondary burden test, CVT polarity test, CB timing test, Contact Resistance Test for CB (Main Contact), Insulation Resistance for all Equipments, Disconnector Insulation Test, Disconnector Contact Resistance Test and High Voltage Test.
    • Site survey and design cable connection list (cable schedule) for new control cable that connects new HV equipment installation to existing system installation.
    • Test & commissioning of new telecommunication system.

    • Petukangan 150kV Substation:
    • Site survey and collect data for Busbar Replacement.

    • Conduct Individual Test (GIS and AIS) for HV Equipments (CT, CVT, CB, DS, etc.) and analyzing data (based on IEC standard) per Diameter. Test included: contact resistance test, insulation resistance test, SF6 moisture test, CT ratio-burden-kneepoint and polarity test, CVT ratio-burden and polarity test, CB and DS test.
    • Conduct test & commissioning for battery capacity/characteristic, battery charger (rectifier), UPS, AC Distribution Board and DC Distribution Board.
    • Change over from existing system to new system.
