        3. Partial Discharge Mapping on 20kV underground cable: Collecting data of underground cable using OWTS equipment and determine weak point of the cable. March – April 2006.

        4. Design software “Multifunction Power Quality Meter”: this software pooling the data each hour from any revenue meters via ModBus protocol. Tested and implemented at PLN using energy meter Shark 100 & 100 T (Electro Industries). April 2006.

        2. Electrical studies: starting from basic design up to detail design of 150kV RCPP, Substation Automation & replacement method for Substation & Switchyard of PLTU Muara Karang, PLTGU Muara Karang, Duri Kosambi S/S, Petukangan S/S, Budi Kemuliaan S/S, Angke S/S.

        3. 150kV PLTU Muara Karang Switchyard & Substation:

        • a) Design Protection Panel, ACDB, and Marshaling Kiosk.
        • b) Design cable connection list and schematic drawing.
        • c) Design Installation & Test Procedure for HV Equipments.
        • d) Conduct Individual Test for 150kV GIS (Gas Insulation System) & AIS (Air Insulation System) Switchyard (CT, CVT, CCVT, CB, DS, SA, LT, etc.) and analyzing data (based on IEC standard) per Diameter/Bay. Test included: Contact Resistance Test for Installation, SF6 moisture test, CT ratio test (Current Injection Method for AIS & Voltage Injection Method for GIS), CT secondary burden test, CT characteristic test (kneepoint), CT polarity test up to prot. panel, CVT ratio test, CVT secondary burden test, CVT polarity test, CB timing test, Contact Resistance Test for CB (Main Contact), Insulation Resistance for all Equipments, Disconnector Insulation Test, Disconnector Contact Resistance Test and High Voltage Test.
        • e) Conduct battery capacity test, rectifier and UPS test, and test and commissioning for ACDB and DCDB panel.
        • f) Change over from existing system to new system.
        • g) Conduct individual test for Control & Protection Panel “Siemens” using Relay test System “Omicron CMC356”: Line Differential Protection, Line Distance Protection Relay, OCR, Auto re-close, Bus Protection Relay, GFR, Soft Logic Interlocking, Bay Control Unit, GFR, Outstation metering, etc.
        • h) Collect and analyzing parameter of protection elements of the existing system and recalculate for change over to the new system arrangement (up-rating S/Y equipments & OHL from 1200A to 4000A).
        • i) Test & commissioning for Substation Control System and new telecommunication system (gateway, fiber optic and server) up to RCC (Region Control Center) and JCC (Jawa-Bali Control Center) SCADA System.

        4. Duri Kosambi 150kV Substation:

        • a) Replacement of Bus Coupler, Bus Section, Busbar Conductor and Feeder Kebon Jeruk.
        • b) Conduct Individual Test (AIS) for HV Equipments (CT, CVT, CB, DS, etc.) and analyzing data (based on IEC standard) per Diameter/Bay. Test included: Contact Resistance Test for Installation, SF6 moisture test, CT ratio test (Current Injection Method for AIS & Voltage Injection Method for GIS), CT secondary burden test, CT characteristic test (kneepoint), CT polarity test up to prot. panel, CVT ratio test, CVT secondary burden test, CVT polarity test, CB timing test, Contact Resistance Test for CB (Main Contact), Insulation Resistance for all Equipments, Disconnector Insulation Test, Disconnector Contact Resistance Test and High Voltage Test.
        • c) Site survey and design cable connection list for new HV equipments to existing system.
        • d) Test & commissioning of new telecommunication system.
        • e) Design, test & commissioning for new AC/DC distribution panel.
        • 5. Petukangan 150kV Substation:
        • a) Site survey and collect data for Busbar Replacement.
        • b) Design cable connection list for new bus protection panel up to existing system.
